Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution while working with large accounts. You will define sales territories, generate leads, and provide technical solutions across multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, and email—in a regional or global scope as needed.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree (or military equivalency) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with US work eligibility. Relocation is not offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan with cross-functional teams.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
