Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and oversee distribution within the market. The role involves generating leads, defining territories, providing technical solutions, and engaging via face-to-face, phone, or email channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the sales/marketing plan, develop forecasts, and push for growth. Regional scope may vary by business needs, including global considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan and cross-functional teams.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to inform sales plans and decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
