Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the market. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value, align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
