Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market. You will lead efforts with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining territories, and delivering sales forecasts in collaboration with Production and Supply Chain. The role emphasizes developing price strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and driving CX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plan and guide new product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
