Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

The role includes working with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes, and building strong relationships with key influencers. You will generate leads, define sales territories, manage sales analytics, and provide technical solutions through various channels—face-to-face, phone, and email.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent (US E5 or Canadian PO2/Sgt)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy aligned with business goals and legal considerations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
