Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region, focusing on small to mid-size customers and distribution management. You will engage with large accounts, manage non-selling processes, and build relationships across customer organizations.

You will generate leads, define territories, analyze sales data, provide technical solutions, and communicate across face-to-face, phone, and email channels to drive volume and value aligned with Dow's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent at US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• US-work eligibility; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align to marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals, considering regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
