Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to grow our presence with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will engage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers across channels. Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, delivering sales analytics, and providing technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the Pacific Northwest region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value targets; align with marketing plan and cross-functional teams.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies in line with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
