Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small and mid-size customers, manage distribution, and work with large accounts. You will lead developing relations across levels, define sales territories, and deliver data-driven solutions through multiple channels.

The role focuses on generating leads, strategic pricing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth. Regional scope may vary by business alignment and can be regional or global at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform new product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
