Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small- to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the market.

The role involves working with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes, and building strong relationships with key influencers across channels. Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing analytics, and delivering technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities.
• Build and expand relationships within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform sales decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
