Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small- to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market. You will build strong relationships, lead lead generation, define sales territories and coordinate across functions to deliver growth.

The role emphasizes maintaining an expanding account base, competitive market intelligence, and effective price strategy development, with site-focused responsibilities in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Develop relationships across customer organizations and levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to shape sales plans and product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
