Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution.

You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across channels. Responsibilities include leading leads generation, defining territories, providing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions to customer challenges through face-to-face, phone, or email engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales strategy.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
