Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across channels. The role emphasizes relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering value to customers while upholding Dow's standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
