Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution. You will generate leads, define territories, and collaborate across functions to deliver customer value.

You will leverage CRM, analytics tools, and strong communication to build relationships, negotiate pricing, and drive volume and revenue growth while aligning with Dow's strategic plans and compliance requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities in the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value. Develop sales plan aligned with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to shape sales strategy and inform product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy aligned with business goals and compliance.
