Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution, support small to mid-size customers, and engage with large accounts while coordinating non-selling activities.

You will lead negotiations, define sales territories, develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and leverage CRM and analytics tools to shape plans and deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian PO2 or Sergeant ranking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and analyze data for decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal and regulatory aspects.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
