Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and grow market presence in the Pacific Northwest region. The role includes leading negotiations, defining sales territories, and delivering analytical insights across channels.

You will build strong relationships with influencers, pursue new product opportunities, and collaborate with production and supply chain to forecast and execute plans. Regional scope may vary by business alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work legality required; no visa sponsorship provided.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape sales plans and make product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
