Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market. You will develop leads, define territories, and deliver technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, and email engagement.

In this role you will expand the account portfolio, build relationships across levels, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand and drive growth across Dow’s markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies with consideration of legal and regulatory factors.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
