Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution, engage large accounts, and drive leads and territories while delivering technical solutions to customer challenges.

The role requires building relationships across levels and coordinating with Marketing and Production for sales plans and forecasts. Responsibilities include expanding the Dow presence, pursuing product development opportunities, and maintaining strong customer networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
