Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small-to-mid-size customers while managing distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, delivering technical solutions, and executing cross-functional sales plans across face-to-face, phone, and email channels. You will develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, search for new product opportunities, and negotiate pricing in line with Dow's goals.

Formación

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
