Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to manage small to mid-size customers and distribution channels. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across the market.

You will generate leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and present technical solutions through multiple channels. The role may adapt regionally or globally depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military-equivalent at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities in the market.
• Maintain relationships and broaden network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
