Job summary

Westlake Flooring Services is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and develop a regional sales team and drive growth in the Northern California market. The role demands strategic oversight of outside sales, coaching Area Managers, and building durable relationships with dealers across a wide territory.

You will present and sell our floorplan financing solutions, develop plans, and mentor a high-performance sales force. Strong leadership and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years sales management experience required.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, leading and developing Area Managers.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Travel required throughout the assigned territory.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts as assigned.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain current client relationships.
• Manage Area Managers through quality checks and follow-up.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare status reports and adhere to goals.
• Communicate new product opportunities and feedback gathered in field activity.
