Job summary

Westlake Flooring Services, a division of Westlake Financial Services, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a sales team of 10–25 reps across Northern California. You will coach Area Managers, drive market share, and manage dealer relationships while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must live in the region and be comfortable traveling up to 75%.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop Area Managers.
• Present and sell company products to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and contacts.
• Manage relationships with current and prospective clients and resolve issues.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory (up to 75%).
