Job summary

Westlake Flooring Services is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a sales force of 10-25 reps across the Great Lakes region. You will coach area managers, drive dealer loyalty, and present our floorplan product lines to current and potential clients.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. Expect heavy travel and a performance-driven environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to drive dealer relationships and market share.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, leading and developing Area Managers.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and contacts.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and sales materials.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory up to 75% of the time.
