Job summary

Westlake Flooring Services is seeking a Regional Manager for Automotive Floorplan Services in the Great Lakes region. Lead a 10–25 person sales team, drive market share, and strengthen dealer loyalty while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will coach Area Managers, recruit and train new leaders, and present our floorplan solutions to dealers. This role requires significant travel and a proven track record in sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop Area Managers.
• Present and sell company products to current and prospective clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts as assigned.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and address concerns.
• Prepare status reports on activity, closings and goals.
• Communicate product and service opportunities to staff.
• Participate in marketing events and travels as required.
