Westlake Flooring Services is seeking a Regional Manager for Automotive Floorplan Services in Northern California. You will lead a sales force of 10–25 reps, drive market share, and build dealer loyalty.

The role requires coaching Area Managers, hiring/training new managers, and presenting products to clients. Expect up to 75% travel and a base salary with potential bonuses. This is a dynamic sales leadership position within a growing finance division.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales software applications.

Responsibilities
