Brother USA is seeking a Senior Representative, Regional Sales to drive new business development and strengthen customer relationships across the South East region. This remote field-based role requires up to 70% travel and a proven track record in outside sales and account management.

The position offers a base salary of 70,000–85,000 USD per year plus a 30,000 USD annual sales bonus, a 2.83% bonus, auto allowance, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in outside sales and managing sales accounts.
• 2+ years in sales management for mechanical engineering/technical field or similar industry.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers within the assigned region to establish new accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales Leadership to implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and industries.
• Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calls, networking events, trade shows, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Present Brother Gearmotor solutions to prospective customers, highlighting value propositions and tailoring offerings to meet customer needs.
• Negotiate and close new business deals to achieve growth objectives.
