Job summary

Brother USA seeks a Senior Director, Sales & Business Development to lead the Mobile Solutions sales team and drive revenue growth across direct, channel, and strategic accounts.

This executive will set strategy with product, marketing, operations, and finance, manage a large sales organization, and travel up to 75% domestically from a remote base in the U.S. Headquarters is in NJ; hybrid options may exist for travel days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree desirable.
• 15+ years of progressive B2B technology or hardware sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy across direct, channel, and strategic accounts.
• Lead channel partner development across distributors, VARs, system integrators, and ISV partners.
• Provide executive leadership with strategic recommendations and performance results.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to align priorities.
• Own annual sales budget, forecasts, and CRM discipline across the sales org.
