Brother International Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Sales, Strategic Channel Partners to drive growth with Strategic Partners across the East Coast in a remote field-based role.

You will partner with regional and channel leadership to develop strategies, provide feedback, and exceed sales and budget goals while expanding market share. The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%) and strong leadership across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in sales management including SMB/B2B dealer channel.
• Experience leading a sales team and managing partners.

• Develop and implement strategic growth plans for Strategic Partners in the territory.
• Manage relationships with principals, owners, and key decision makers.
• Analyze regional market trends and feedback to leadership.
• Assist in sales strategies by channel using data and analytics.

• Attend QBRs and strategic account planning sessions.
