Brother USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Sales, Strategic Channel Partners to drive growth with Strategic Partners across the East Coast. You will partner with the Director of Regional Sales, Strategic Channel Partners, and Channel Leadership to develop strategies, provide ongoing feedback, and drive growth while exceeding sales and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in sales management, SMB/B2B dealer channel, and leading a sales team.
• Experience selling to copier manufacturers, resellers, distributors, or VARs; knowledge of MPS and document management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for Strategic Partners within the territory.
• Manage relationships with Principles, Owners, and Key Decision Makers; provide feedback to senior leadership.
• Create and manage sales tools and programs (MDF, Dealer Events, incentive programs).
• Forecast product demand with direct reports and partners.
