Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across designated sites in the U.S. This role focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance, while developing leaders and driving cost, quality, and delivery improvements.

You will work with Pharmacy Operations, Clinical, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Logistics to scale processes and build a resilient fulfillment network that supports patient care in a regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site fulfillment or healthcare operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong quality controls.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and financial decision-making using data.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state guidelines and payer requirements.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership pipelines.
• Standardize processes, tools, and resources for site-level performance.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, and space utilization.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to build pharmacy talent.
• Analyze P&L data to drive cost control and performance improvements.
• Serve as escalation point for major site events and implement corrective actions.
• Lead audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
• Roll out corporate initiatives and support new site launches.
