Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional fulfillment excellence across multiple sites in the United States. You will lead Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and partner with cross-functional teams to scale operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver safe, timely patient service.

This senior role requires strategic vision, Lean process improvement, and strong financial acumen to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of multi-site fulfillment/operations leadership.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong quality standards and risk management.
• Proven track record developing leaders and driving accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with analytical/reporting tools: Excel/Tableau/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites and align with company objectives.
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness per federal/state regs and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and establish leadership succession.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution and performance.
• Define, monitor, and improve key metrics for safety, quality, cost, productivity, and timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and retain pharmacy talent and build leadership pipelines.
• Analyze financial data including P&L to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site events and lead risk mitigation and recovery.
• Establish audit, quality assurance, and compliance review processes for inspection readiness.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and ensure site readiness.
• Support new site launches, transitions, expansions, and restructuring initiatives.
