Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional fulfillment across multiple sites, driving performance, regulatory compliance, and scalable growth. You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, optimize end-to-end workflows, and partner with cross-functional leaders to improve patient care and delivery outcomes.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong analytical skills, and a track record of transforming operations in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/pharmacy operations
• Demonstrated success leading high-volume fulfillment, healthcare services, or pharmacy operations
• Experience managing teams in regulated, compliance-driven environments with strong controls
• Proven track record developing leaders and driving accountability across sites
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills
• Experience implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites and ensure alignment with company priorities
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness per federal/state regulations
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and build leadership capability
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources to improve site execution
• Define and monitor key metrics for safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Apply Lean, Kaizen to identify waste and optimize workflows
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization
• Partner with HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent
• Analyze P&L and data to inform strategic decisions
• Lead escalation, risk mitigation, and recovery efforts for site events
• Establish audit and quality assurance processes to maintain standards
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and site readiness
• Support new site launches and restructurings to enable scalable growth
