Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence across pharmacy fulfillment sites in the US. You will lead a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, performance, and scalable growth.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize patient experience, quality, and cost while implementing company-wide initiatives and standardized processes across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/operations leadership.
• Experience with regulated environments, quality standards, and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness with federal/state regs and internal standards.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership pipeline.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for consistent site-level performance.
• Define and monitor KPIs across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze P&L data to identify trends and guide decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for major site events and risk mitigation.
• Lead audits, quality reviews, and compliance readiness.
