Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness per federal/state regs and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership pipeline.
• Establish standardized processes and tools to improve site-level execution and performance.
• Monitor key metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process improvements to reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, and space utilization.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze financial and operational data including P&L to guide decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance reviews for inspections.
• Lead regional rollout of corporate initiatives and site launches.
• Support new site transitions and expansions for scalable growth.
