Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional efforts across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States. You will drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance while developing leaders and scaling processes to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

You will manage Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, collaborate with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and other teams, and apply Lean methodologies to optimize end-to-end workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fulfillment/healthcare/pharmacy operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy and execution across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Establish and scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level performance.
