Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment sites across the United States, driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and Recruiting to optimize performance, scale processes, and ensure safe, high-quality patient experiences across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; required.
• 5+ years leading multi-site fulfillment/pharmacy/healthcare operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage performance.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; experience with P&L.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and performance across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for consistency.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other improvements to workflows.
• Oversee inventory, staffing, and space utilization with site leaders.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to build leadership pipelines.
• Analyze data including P&L to guide decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site events.
• Maintain audit, QA, and compliance review processes.
• Lead regional rollouts of corporate initiatives.
• Support new site launches and operational transitions.
