Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across functions to scale processes and improve patient care and delivery performance.

You will translate strategy into scalable operations, manage key metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, or related field
• 5+ years in multi-site fulfillment/operations leadership in healthcare or pharmacy
• Proven track record managing teams in regulated environments
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decisions
• Experience with analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leaders
• Scale standardized processes and improve site-level performance
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity and timeliness metrics
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to reduce waste in workflows
• Oversee inventory, staffing and space utilization regionally
• Partner with HR/Recruiting to build leadership pipeline
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions
• Lead audits and compliance reviews; ensure inspection readiness
