Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional pharmacy fulfillment excellence across multiple sites in the US. You will lead a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with cross-functional leaders, and scale standardized processes for efficiency and compliance.

You will oversee regulatory readiness, quality standards, and cost control while shaping strategy and outcomes across patient care, safety, and service delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment or pharmacy operations in a regulated environment.
• Experience managing teams in compliance-driven settings with quality controls and risk management.
• Proven track record developing leaders and driving performance across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen using data to guide decisions (P&L).
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements for efficiency and quality.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness per federal/state regulations and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leaders.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources to improve site execution and long-term performance.
• Monitor and improve KPIs across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other methodologies to identify waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent regionally.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to inform strategic decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for major site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance reviews for inspection readiness.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and change management.
• Support new site launches and relocations to enable scalable growth.
