Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment activities across multiple sites in the United States. This role focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing leadership team within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership.
• Experience managing multi-site operations in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and drive accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with P&L awareness.
• Proficiency with analytical/reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker)

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership pipeline.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Define and monitor key metrics for safety, quality, cost, productivity, and timeliness.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen methodologies to identify waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory, workforce planning, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and Recruiting to attract and retain pharmacy talent.
• Analyze financial and operational data to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance reviews for inspection readiness.
• Support new site launches and regional expansions to enable scalable growth.
