Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmaceutical fulfillment across multiple sites in the U.S. You’ll drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance, while developing site leadership and scaling standardized processes to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership across multi-site operations.
• Proven track record of leading high-volume fulfillment operations in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience managing teams in regulated, compliance-driven environments with strong risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders, manage diverse teams, and drive accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, using data and P&L insights to improve performance.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into execution.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness per federal/state regulations, payer requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish and scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Define and monitor key operating metrics across safety, quality, cost, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Serve as senior escalation point for site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance review processes.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and change management.
• Support new site launches and transitions for scalable growth.
