Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States. You will lead Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, work with HR, Clinical, Recruiting, and Logistics, and scale initiatives to improve patient experience, safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site fulfillment/pharmacy/healthcare operations
• Experience in regulated environments with strong controls and risk management
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret P&L data
• Experience using data analytics tools for decision making
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and execution across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations and payer requirements
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and site leaders
• Implement standardized processes, tools, and resources for consistent site performance
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics and drive improvements
• Apply Lean/Kaizen methodologies to optimize workflows
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, and space utilization
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to build leadership pipeline
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions
• Serve as escalation point for site-level operational issues and risk mitigation
• Lead audits, quality assurance, and compliance review processes
• Support new site launches and organizational changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational outcomes throughout the region
• Travel up to 30% to support sites as needed
