Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional excellence across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States.

You will lead a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and other functions, and implement company-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes, quality, and delivery performance. You will translate strategy into scalable regional operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and build leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site fulfillment, healthcare, or operations
• Experience in regulated environments with strong risk management and quality controls
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable regional operations and develop leaders
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across multiple sites
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness with applicable regulations and internal standards
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, build leadership depth
• Establish standardized processes and tools to improve site-level execution and performance
• Define and monitor key metrics across safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and related methodologies
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, and space utilization
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop talent
• Analyze P&L performance and operational data to guide decisions
• Serve as escalation point for significant site-level events and recovery efforts
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance reviews
• Implement corporate initiatives across regions and ensure site readiness
• Support new site launches and expansions to enable scalable growth
