Job summary

Fuze Health, a leader in digital health, seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence across US pharmacy fulfillment sites. You will lead Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and partner with Clinical, HR, and Logistics to optimize performance and ensure regulatory compliance, delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years multi-site fulfillment or operations leadership.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness with federal and state regulations.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership.
• Establish standardized processes and metrics for site-level performance.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen to improve end-to-end workflows in pharmacy fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory management and workforce planning with site leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to build leadership across the region.
• Analyze P&L performance to guide costs and strategic decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site-level events.
