Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the US.

You will lead a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with cross-functional leaders, and scale processes to improve patient safety, quality, and delivery while ensuring compliance. Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership.
Experience managing multi-site operations in regulated environments.
Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead regional operational strategy and performance across multiple sites.
Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state regulations and quality standards.
Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership pipeline.
Define and monitor key operational metrics and drive improvements.
Lead process improvements using Lean, Kaizen to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
Oversee inventory management and workforce planning across sites.
