Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations for FuzeRx to drive regional performance across pharmacy fulfillment sites. You will lead a team, ensure regulatory readiness, and scale processes to support sustainable growth.

You will partner with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and Operations to optimize patient experience, safety, and delivery, while applying Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and cost across networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including multi-site responsibility.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment ops, healthcare services, or pharmacy operations in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience in regulated, compliance-driven environments with strong operational controls and risk management.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and driving accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; experience using data and P&L to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy rules and payer requirements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish standardized processes and resources to improve site execution and performance.
• Monitor key metrics: safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to identify inefficiencies and reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, and space utilization.
• Partner with Recruiting/HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions and optimize costs.
• Serve as escalation point for site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and site launches.
