Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional fulfillment sites across the United States. You will drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance while developing site leaders and scaling processes for sustainable growth.

You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with HR/Recruiting, and manage key metrics to improve safety, quality, and delivery while maintaining a strong control environment in a highly regulated setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/operations leadership in regulated settings.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment or pharmacy operations with strong controls.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage cross-site teams.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen using data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar tools.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operational execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness with federal/state regulations and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory, workforce planning, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting/HR to attract and develop talent regionally.
• Analyze P&L data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Act as escalation point for site-level operational events and risk mitigation.
• Lead audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
• Support new site launches and regional corporate initiatives.
