Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional fulfillment sites, drive regulatory compliance, and scale processes across the network. You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with HR and Recruiting, and optimize patient outcomes, cost, and delivery performance in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site fulfillment or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness to applicable federal/state regulations.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and cross-functional leaders.
• Establish standardized processes and tools to improve execution and performance.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, and process-improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory management and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audits and compliance reviews for readiness and standards.
