Job summary

Fuze Health is hiring a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites. You will drive regulatory compliance, optimize performance, and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, aligning with cross-functional leaders to deliver scalable growth.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, Lean/Kaizen-based process improvements, and strong financial acumen to manage P&L responsibilities while ensuring patient safety and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership with multi-site responsibility.
• Proven track record leading high-volume fulfillment ops, healthcare services, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing teams in regulated, compliance-driven environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and drive accountability across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; experience with operational data and P&L.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness per federal/state regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership pipeline.
• Establish scalable processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Define and monitor key metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other improvements to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze financial and operational data to guide decisions and optimize performance.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audit, QA, and compliance review processes.
