Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the US.

You will translate strategy into scalable operations, develop leaders, and drive performance while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and high patient safety standards. This role requires strong analytical and financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and proven capability to scale operations in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Pharmacy Ops, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent practice.
• 5+ years in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy or operations leadership across multi-site ops.
• Proven success leading high-volume fulfillment in regulated, performance-driven settings.
• Experience managing teams in highly regulated environments with controls and risk mgmt.
• Proven track record developing leaders and driving accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of operational data and P&L insights.
• Proficient with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across multiple sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness with federal/state regs and payer requirements.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and site leadership.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources for consistency.
• Define and monitor key metrics for safety, quality, cost, productivity and timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen and other methods to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, and space utilization with sites.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Serve as senior escalation point for major site-level events and recovery.
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance readiness.
• Lead regional rollout of corporate initiatives and site launches.
