Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional operations across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States. You will drive regulatory compliance, cost control, patient safety, and performance while scaling operations and developing site leadership.

You will manage Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with cross-functional teams, and implement company-wide initiatives to support sustainable growth and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy ops, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/pharmacy operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and drive accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen using operational data and P&L insights.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations and payer requirements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Monitor key metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other methodologies to reduce waste and improve workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to build leadership pipeline in the region.
• Analyze financial data including P&L to guide decisions and performance.
• Serve as escalation point for major regional operational events and recovery efforts.
• Oversee audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews for readiness and standards.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and new site launches.
