Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional fulfillment sites across the U.S.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop leaders while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and patient outcomes. You will oversee Lean and process improvements, manage inventory and staffing, and translate strategy into scalable regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience leading high-volume, regulated fulfillment operations and teams.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of operational data and P&L insights.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar tools.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable regional operations and develop leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness per federal/state regulations and internal standards.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and build leadership capabilities.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution and long-term performance.
• Monitor key metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process improvements to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract, retain, and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze financial data, including P&L, to inform strategic decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for site-level operational events and risk mitigation.
• Establish audit, quality assurance, and compliance review processes.
